Because this problem can cause unreliable operation, ACC recommends the return of the ACP processor board, ribbon cable and distribution panel for up-dating. Please note that the ECO will require modification of both the processor board and distribution panel, therefore please return the complete system. This is a no cost up-date to the equipment. Concerned users should call (805) 963-9431 (in California, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.) or (800) 222-7308 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. All Service One customers will be provided with replacement units on a priority basis to minimize the impact of this update.
