**All users of ACC's ACP 6250 and ACP 5250 boards** 

ACC has found a design problem with the RS232 
electrical interface connection, and an ECO has been
implemented to address this problem. Because this problem
can cause unreliable operation, ACC recommends
the return of the ACP processor board,
ribbon cable and distribution panel for up-dating.
Please note that the ECO will require modification of both the 
processor board and distribution panel, therefore please return
the complete system.

This is a no cost up-date to the equipment.  Concerned users
should call (805) 963-9431 (in California, Hawaii, or outside the 
U.S.) or (800) 222-7308 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.

All Service One customers will be provided with replacement
units on a priority basis to minimize the impact of this update.
