The gateway will send a trap message for each ICMP echo reply received (you can turn this off). The trap messages are timestamped (internal format, but adequate for inter-packet arrivals) and include, among other things, the 16-bit IP id field so that individual packets may be watched. Of course, you need access to the INOC... Perhaps a little more work is needed. Cheers, Tracy
