We have a demand for an lp (linear programming) program capable
of handling large models. The package should use the revised
simplex method and possibilities to perform parametric programming.

The problem size is roughly 4000 rows and 12000 columns. Fortran
source code must be available.

Any info or pointers to info would be appreciated very, very much.
Please send email answers, if there is any response I'll summarize
this to the net.
