I would like to be able to change the names of entry points, arrays, etc.
in object files.  One example is that a subroutine produced for C is
wanted to be available for FORTRAN use, which requires postpending _ to
the names of entry points and COMMON files.  Is there a program available
to do this combination of binary and text editing?
