You have to run a special "addmem" program if you set it to anywhere else. If you have other ram boards or whatevers that also auto configure on the same address, which seems to be pretty common, then you are stuck, you have to configure explicitly during startup. WARNING. Nobody told me when I bought Insider that it might not fit into my Amiga. I had to take a hacksaw and chop off part of the disk housing, which overhang quite a bit, to get Insider installed.
