The Pecan Pascal systems are the current embodiments of UCSD Pascal. I don't know about their current system for the //gs, but their earlier systems ran under the P-System not Prodos. If I were you I would not develop anything for the //gs that runs outside of the Prodos environment. If you do you can forget about hard disks, some ram disks, 3.5 inch drives , desk accessories, etc. etc. Check with them very carefully before buying on this point. TML Pascal and Kayan Pascal are both new Pascal systems for the //gs that take advantage of the new features and run under Prodos.
