Hello Everyone,

            I had submitted the following E-mail to see if anyone else
        was having the problems that I had with 47th Photo and Computers.

          " Has anyone ever dealt with 47th St. Photo in New York? I
        ordered something from them and have been waiting for the past
        FOUR weeks! They keep telling me that the item is in and I should
        receive it in 2 to 3 days. NOTHING! I can't even get thru to them
        on their phone lines! Has anyone ever had these problems with them?
        I can't even get thru to cancel the order! " 

            I had called my credit card company to see if 47th St. Photo
        had charged for the product that I had yet to receive. Sure enough
        they did! Someone on the net suggested that I send a letter to them
        instead of trying to call them. They have 8 to 9 different phone lines
        and I could not get thru at all! They finally called me back after
        receiving my letter to let me know that the product was NEVER in stock!
        I was able to get thru once, talked to the manager, and was assured 
        that my order was in stock and that I would be receiving it in 2 to 
        3 days.

            So finally after TWO MONTHS OF WAITING, at least 30 UNSUCCESSFUL
        PHONE CALLS, BEING LIED to BY THE MANAGER of the mail-order department,
        and being CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED, I end up with just 
        a phone call telling me that I will be receiving a refund to my credit
        card for all my troubles. Not even an apology! GOOD DEAL, huh?  LET'S 
        HEAR IT FOR 47th St. Photo and Computer !!!!!!!

            After such a REWARDING and ENRICHING experience, I could NEVER ever
        recommend anyone to ever buy or order anything from them! I'm sorry
        but, HELL, they deserve it!

                                Buyers, REALLY BEWARE!!



	P.S.   I FINALLY received their catalog today! In disgust I lit fire
	       to and it'll take about TWO months for the smell to clear!!
