If your access to the control pannel includes changing any display attributes, the super-hi-res screen will be messed up. Version 1.2 of the system disk, and all later, make a soft change to the display attributes, (throwing the thing into monochrome at times). If you start messing with the control pannel, it will throw everything off... Also, Version 1.1 of the system disk automatically put the system into fast mode. Version 1.2 does not. As for what Version 1.3 will do, that is anybody's guess... SAW
