   I know you all are terribly busy with high speed APPLE computing but
I would appreciate some advice on buying a new apple and also a good
price for it.

   My operating objectives are:

        Word processing (hopefully advanced with online spelling
                         utilities and cut and paste capabilities)

        Spreadsheet (I think Jazz will do)

        Engineering applications short of CAD-CAM/AUTO-CAD

        Number crunching

   How much memory should I expect to carry me through running these
programs?

   How about a capable printer for the APPLE?  What's a good choice?

 I really appreciate your help!!!!!
