Does anyone know where to obtain a device which converts NTSC color video info 
to Analog RGB video signals scanned at or above 30 KHZ? Several people here 
have seen such a device in the past, but can't remember where. The need is for
an Apple II+ which has some added video enhancements to display graphics with
some symbol overlays.

If you know of anything or anyone that does this sort of thing, please reply
