I've seen a few programs that use a special 50 line screen on my monochrome
monitor... (UniTerm, Flash, the Atari 800 emulator, etc...)  How is this
achieved?  And after you've done it, can the standard VT52 cursor positioning
calls still be used to access the lower half of the screen?
