The task of moderator is being performed by a small cast of characters, all of
whom are volunteers with many other demands on their time.  The best way
anyone can help get better service from the moderator staff is to JOIN IT!!!
To do so, send e-mail to Marshall Abrams, abrams@mitre.arpa, and volunteer
your services.  It will be greatly appreciated by those who have already done
so, and presumably by the net population at large as they see the results.

Those of you who are NOT able to serve should please try to be patient and
appreciate those services that are being provided.  Thanks.
