I agree that it is probably better to "test the market" (so to speak) before posting binaries to the net, but in this case, I think the posting was warranted. I, for one, wanted to upgrade to version 5.20 (even though I have version 5.12 and rarely use ARC, having gotten accustomed to the faster PKARC) since I occasionally distribute archives to friends. I don't ordinarily read any bulletin boards, so if it doesn't get posted to USENET, I don't get it. I thought Dale's posting was both timely and appropriate (BTW, more thanks to Dale for his 3D postings - my kids love them :-).
