Message-ID: <438@uhccux.UUCP> Date: Tue, 21-Apr-87 14:56:09 EST Article-I.D.: uhccux.438 Posted: Tue Apr 21 14:56:09 1987 Date-Received: Wed, 22-Apr-87 05:40:53 EST Organization: U. of Hawaii, Manoa (Honolulu) Lines: 16 Keywords: leading edge, hercules, enhanced graphics bios Does anybody know anything about an "enhanced graphics bios" for the Leading Edge Model D? We have a package which uses Hercules Graphics mode which works fine on most LE-D's, but has problems bringing up the graphics screen on others. A dealer offered to sell one of our users this new ROM for $80 which he said is now standard in current models. I'd like to know exactly what the difference is and if there's a way to get the software to run without shelling out the money for the upgrade, or if the upgrade is really worthwhile anyway.
