Does anyone know of any memory-resident screen dump programs (activated by
ctrl-prtsc) that will create a graphics output on a postscript
laser printer such as an Apple laserwriter ?

Alternately, does anyone know any a) programs that will store the graphics
output onto a disk file (ctrl-prtsc) and b) programs that will take such a
file and convert it to postscript format ?
