I while ago I asked about CodeView not working with some EGA
cards.  

I got one patch from Jack Hudler which worked okay, except that once
after using CodeView and then running the DOS MODE command, the Compaq
386 hung up.

Anyway, here's a patch I got from VIDEO-7 incorporated for the VEGA
EGA clone.

copy CV.EXE CV_VEGA.DBG
debug CV_VEGA.DBG
