     I am interested in speech synthesizer systems  for  the  PC. I've  been  working  on  a  program  that will produce somewhat understandable speech through the speaker on the pc. Are  there any other programs out there that do this? I eventually plan to release my program in the public domain. If you have any comments on this subject, please send me mail.
