I have looked everywhere on how to write, rewrite or modify the Imagewriter
Printer Driver in any direct way, but I have found nothing in IM.

Note: I don't want to just change the size of the page, or the # of DPI.

I am interested in getting either the source to a printer driver shell, or the
actual source to the Imagewriter PDEF's (the code that does the actual
printing.)

If a TechNote is on its way, please say so.
