I have forwarded Jim Wignet's message about (not) getting to icst-cmr
to "rbj" local keeper of mail.  I'll also personally press the point the
next time I see him. We can't have this sort of thing going on!

Please mail to ME, if you don't have a response from him soon.

If neither work, the problem must lie in the address info in our
net interface... Yes, I have had trouble getting through it to xxxx.com
addresses,;  that is probably the root of the problem.

Please pardon typos in this message.  My home phone line is VERY
noisy, so I get a lot of extra characters and can't tell which are in the
entered text.
