In particular, comments on the reliability and quality of the hardware, the technical expertise and responsiveness of Opus' support organization, the quality of their port of UNIX System V 3.0, and the ease of configuring new drivers into the kernel. Of course, personal experience with the company and hardware is particularly welcome.
