I am looking for some quick and dirty n/troff macros to produce an index to a
document. I presume the invocation might be of the form
.IN item
the action ought to be to append "item/page" to a buffer or whatever
and then at the end of the document spit them out. I don't (at this point)
even care if they are ordered. I just want to reference several key items
by page number. Any help would be appreciated. (I'm using the mm macros)
