I'm using troff, and would like some pointers to how to go about
underlining whole paragraphs.  (Yes, I know, underlining whole
paragraphs is really ugly, but bosses will be bosses.)  What I'm
looking for is some hints on how to go about creating a macro(s) that
will underline a given text passage.  I can get it to underline up to
approximately 80 characters, but that's about the extent of it.
