Here is a vexing little problem which has had me stumped for some time on
both BSD 4.2 and BSD 4.3. Comsat does not send asynchronous messages
to the terminal if biff is set to y. I havent had problems with other
daemons, so I dont see why comsat shouldnt work.
Could somebody mail me pointers as to what could be screwed up?
