I had read something or the other in comp.sources.d about
a book by a fellow named Lyons that dealt with the UNIX kernel.
It was my understanding that evidence of a source license was 
necessary to purchase the book.

If there is such a book could someone please send me any
pertinent info about it and how to go about acquiring it.
