Comparing Apples to oranges (actually, Suns), a complete color system will cost a comparable amount. Don't forget the Mac II base price includes neither monitor nor color interface, and it costs even more to get resolution comparable to a Sun. Also, a diskless Mac II makes a good doorstop or boat anchor. I don't really have a preference, just trying to be honest.
