"MADAM" or "Your Holiness" (I figure it works for people in the army and queens throughout history why not here? :-> ) On the flipside......I wonder if this question has been posed at any other time throughout the span of human existence.....or are we the first, the hackerish types on UNIX-WIZARDS, to ask this question.....
