I have succeeded to get two of the main programs to work OK.
Specifically mkey required just -Mm.
refer itself requires -F 2000 in addition because of doref
However, hunt has been resisting coming up and or giving meaningful
results. If it has too small a stack it finds nothing. If it has too large
a stack it segmentation faults. Has anyone out there succeeded?
