	Hi Bob,

	I do not have ftp access and would like the complete
	protocol.  I received a copy of the message you sent
	to George Champine and am glad you can make it to
	Tulsa.  Dr. Ram Rao, Digital's rep to X/Open will be
	there as well.

	Is it possible for us  to get the complete set of bug
	fixes to V11 or would it be better for us to get just the
	new release.  I misfiled them...
