For those with full Arpanet access, the V10 Release 4
distribution can be obtained via anonymous ftp to zap.mit.edu
(18.72.0.126) in the /pub directory.  Embedded in that
distribution are all the documentation files, from which
you can produce your own hardcopy.  Also in the /pub
directory you will find Scribe source to (a close
approximation of) the recent Transactions of Graphics
article.  Also in the /pub directory are versions of the
V11 protocol, Xlib, and Toolkit documentation.

You can also order the V10R4 distribution by sending a
request and a check for $100 to
