The configuration to be used is a VAX 7xx running VMS 4.5 or later, using TCP/IP via an EXCELAN board (for speed and system reliability). I know other large computer vendors have made noises to certain trade magazines about maybe sometime perhaps supporting such things, but I'm afraid my users don't want to wait to find out. Any ideas? Anybody running NFS under VMS at all out there? Experiences? Gotchas? Any info would be vastly appreciated. David L.
