     Does anyone on the net know of software (PD or low $$) that will act
as a mailer under VAX/VMS.  I want to be able to trap incoming messages,
preferably selecting only certain headers; and then redistribute mail to a
number of users on VAXes linked by DECnet.  Any package that is even in the
ballpark would be greatly appreciated.
     Some time ago I requested information about alternatives to gMail.
A number of people have recommended PMDF, and one even told me about a
person to contact.  As yet, I still do not have the software or even a
contact who answers.  Can anyone send me either the code/executables or
the name of someone who can help me?
