Greetings Fellow TECO Fans,

	Last week Andy Goldstein (DEC VMS Development) announced that
TECO has been rewritten completely in native VAX instructions.  This was
in response to the question "Will TECO ever run on a BI machine?" asked
at the DECUS UK Conference in York, England.
