VMS V5.0 has a major internal restructuring.  The DECUS session describing
it noted that ALL system entry points are now ENTRY VECTORS.  No more hard 
coded symbolic addresses which change on minor releases.  If you really
want to know the flavor of the changes to VMS in the NEXT major release,
see the DECUS Large Systems SIG articles by "Dr. Tops".  Remember,
VMS is STILL in school, but summer is getting here FAST!
