The Bevis Frond - "Miasma" Lord John - "Six Days of Sound" These two are killer psychedelic albums, very guitar-based, fairly trippy songs though there are a few lighter, psych/pop tunes. Bevis Frond has some rawness and wanking around between songs, but also has some excellent guitar solos. Lord John is better produced. Both are recommended. The Shoutless - "Bowery at Midnight" Hidden Peace - "We All Have..." Both are garage psych things. The Shoutless is a killer guitar assault on top of excellent melodies and is completely FUN. Better than Nomads. Hidden Peace is from Greece; a quirky psych pop thing with punky vocals. Instigators - "Phoenix" Strong hardcore with solid guitar work. --John
