The system call didn't say the call was restricted though (no limit on the number of pages you could pin). What do they do if you try to pin, say, as many pages as system memory will hold? Or is there a capability the calling program must have to use the call? On another matter, I'm trying to find some information on the MACH CMU project. Any pointers to literature would be appreciated. --Pete
