Hello,

	As of Friday night I have taken over maintenance of this list.
In doing so, I processed a stack of requests that had piled up over
the past month. The addresses remain protocols@rutgers.edu and
protocols-request@rutgers.edu. Additionally, I will treat any mail
sent to my personal address on rutgers.edu the same as protocols-request.
