After 2 1/2 years of learning a LOT about network topology and reliability,
I've decided to hand over the mailing list to a new moderator.

David Kovar of the CMU ITC is the new mailing list maintainer.
He can be reached by sending mail to the NEW request address.

Submissions go to info-appletalk#@andrew.cmu.edu

[The '#' part of the address is currently optional, but it helps speed up
delivery.  The old addresses here will forward to the new ones for a time.]

The archives and program files will remain on c.cs.cmu.edu, but the
<applebus> directory has been renamed to <appletalk>.  So, the archives
are in <appletalk.archives>*.*; programs are in <appletalk.programs>*.*.
