The product manager at Wollongong has said that all DDN customers have been "automatically identified." TCP/IP customers should have or will get a letter from Wollongong about the fixed mailer. If you are not under support, have not been notified either by letter or other means, and need to get a copy of the tape, please call (415) 962-7140 for assistance.
