I have gotten several of these broadcast messages (equivalent to
a "wall") today on various Unix systems on my local network.

	1.  Who is this person, jkh@violet.berkeley.edu?
	2.  Why are we being bothered with these messages?
	3.  How is it being done?
	4.  How can we stop this nuisance?
