hello, 
maybe someone can help us*
we are implementing an OSI-transport protocol tp4 under unix systems. 
so far it worked well on a vax 750 under 4.2 bsd. 
now we try to do the same on a sun 2/50 under os 3.2 (there equivalent 
of 4.2 bsd). we encountered problems when trying to access the 
IP raw socket on this sun, especially using the system calls:
SENDTO and RECEIVEFROM which seem not to work. 
has anyone ever tried to use the raw IP socket and encountered a 
similar problem ??????
