Of all the sites on the internet that have been assigned a class-B (class-A too, but there are not many of those) network number, who uses subnets. If you have a class-B network number, I would like to ask you 2 questions: 1) Do you use subnets? Why? 2) What type of link/physical layers do you run ip datagrams over?
