That is we need to explore the issues of intergroup interaction. But, like any society where our collective well being depends upon the behavior of others outside our control, we need to be sensitive on how we explore the edges of these interactions. I posit that this should take place in a controlled experiment that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the disruptions. After all, the Arpanet is still an 'experimental' network.
