I recently had a nice experience with a company called "Kleen-Bore".
They make high quality gun cleaning accessories. I purchased one of
their cleaning rods and it was too short (I shoot antique target
rifles with >30" barrels).  I wrote and asked how I could get a
couple more sections to make the rod long enough.  Their response
was to mail me a catalog and three more rod sections.  There was no
invoice in the package.  I think that companies who are willing to 
ship small items like this without worrying about whether or not
they will get their money deserve to be recommended.  Besides that,
their cleaning rods, brushes and kits are exceptionally good
quality.  Much nicer than the Outers kits I've owned in the past.
