Excellent article.  A good time to remind
people to get a copy of *In the Gravest Extreme*
by Massad Ayoob on the question of when to use lethal

loathe ordering things through the mail. Do you (or anyone else) know
of a bookstore in the S.F. Bay area where this type of material may be
