(1) Reincarnation -- the return of a personality, perhaps accompanied with small amounts of memory, into a new human being (body), some time after the body previously occupied has died. (2) Communication between a living person and the "spirit" of a dead person; particularly, regular communication, giving a sense that the spirit spends time in a particular house or accompanies a particular person through life.
