An article describing the new UUNET Communications service has been
posted to newsgroup comp.org.usenix with message-id <43389@beno.seismo.CSS.GOV>.

UUNET is a central mail/news relay that takes advantage of volume
discounts to allow the transfer of mail and news during off peak hours
(6:00 PM to 7:00 AM Mon-Fri amd all day Saturday & Sunday) for $3 per
connect hour from most cities in the United States.
