Ha - We in Ottawa can do you one better - We have the NCC (National
Capital Commission).  They are busy spending millions of *your* (mine
too) tax dolloars keeping the ENTIRE CITY looking like a park.  I can't
complain though - I live here!

(The NCC's latest idea is to pave certain streets of the city with red
asphalt - a perfect colour considering the nature of the last n+1
Federal Budgets). 

Kinda drifting from trading coupons aren't we all?
