lsuc went down just before noon yesterday when the power
failed due to the gas explosion at Bay & Queen (lsuc is
in Osgoode Hall, just west of there). Hydro is now saying
power will be back to the area around noon today (Tuesday),
but I have my doubts. As well, most phone lines are dead and
there is only emergency phone service, so even when power's
back the phone lines may not yet work.
