I too am fed up with Marilyn Dee's advertising posts and its racialist (and I guess illegal) disclaimer. Firstly, if they used the old American phraseology and said "English need not apply", at least they'd have been brief and to the point. Butr secondly, to my knowledge it isn't true anyway, since so many people I've known have had no difficulty in finding work in the U.S., it's just a matter of having the skills they want and, of course, being willing to uproot oneself.
