Subject: ADB scripts for kernel debugging are buggy

Description:
	An undetermined number of the ADB scripts in /usr/lib/adb will
	not work because they contain constant offsets which are wrong.
Repeat-By:
	Run adb(1) on a crash dump and try using findproc or setproc.
Fix:
	Here are diffs for 2 scripts, but there are certainly others
	that are in error that I have not located.
